Education Elements, a Scholarus Learning Company, is a national K–12 consulting firm. We work with leaders to strengthen schools and districts to be the top-rated choice for a high-quality education among their students, staff, and families. We do this by focusing on the areas of leadership, strategic planning, and school improvement.
We believe educating the next generation of students demands a different approach to developing and supporting leaders.

When it comes to leadership, we support you in identifying and addressing your districts’ key priorities and support your organization to achieve your best possible outcomes. We take a systems approach to leadership development through individual and team learning to realize a shared vision and drive equitable outcomes across a diverse and complex learning organization. We support district leaders, school leaders and aspiring leaders to grow, lead, and implement lasting change in their districts. We create a customized strategy based on the needs of the district we are serving. Throughout this work, our team provides coaching, support, and facilitated experiences to create meaningful change in leadership practices.
We believe the strategic planning process is just as important as the plan.
In fact, we may not be the right partner for you, if you already know what you want your plan to say. Unlike other community engagement approaches, we listen to the groups you may not have heard from, and we gather input from those most impacted by your work—including students—in the only survey proven to tie student perceptions with academic performance. Then we bring all of this input together and facilitate a planning process that provides the buy-in and momentum to carry the plan forward.

During the pandemic we rewarded operational excellence among our leaders. Today, more than ever, schools need principals and district staff to be instructional leaders—guiding staff to artfully combine proven instructional approaches, high-quality curriculum, and rigor with a deep personal care for students. This difference between where many leaders are and where we need them to be is our instructional leadership gap. We provide hands-on support and data analysis; we help teams and leaders develop their capacity; and we provide actionable and targeted coaching to teachers. We are committed to your success, so this work is scaffolded, strategic, and based on our national perspective and expertise.
